Today at the second day of the partner meeting in Groningen, Netherlands, we talk about the Open Badges MOOC – sharing the experiences from the first two sessions and planning session 3. Here is an overview of the sessions:

Session 2: Policy and Open Badges – 13 March 2017 to 12 May 2017
Session 3: Open Badges in Higher Education – 15 May 2017 to 09 July 2017
The plan of session 3 on Open Badges in Higher Education with many great webinar-guests, useful resources and activities will be published in the next days.
Make sure to register – as a registered user you can view past recordings of the MOOC and participate in session 2 and 3.

for recognition of skills it might be also interesting to look at the ESCO project, which aims at building a unified classification of skills across EU (https://ec.europa.eu/esco/portal/escopedia/European_Skills%252C_Competences%252C_Qualifications_and_Occupations_%2528ESCO%2529). Um, have I missed the point somewhere ? I realise this is a self-assessment badge but I was surprised that I couldn’t add in some evidence ?
